Golden Experience Guide, Volume 2
A monthly guide for healers, business & becoming.
February felt like a threshold after the quiet integration of January. Not quite the outward bloom of spring.
It’s the in-between. The liminal space. The initiation.
I personally experienced deep refinement, quantum leaps and lots of big (sometimes terrifying) energy all throughout the month.
After a soft landing in January, February asked me to step forward. And honestly, I felt ready to step through, despite some of the unexpected chaos like getting hit by a moving vehicle while on my morning walk.
Mid-month, we gathered in Sedona, Arizona for our Sedona Glow Aesthetician’s Retreat — five days of red rocks, reverence, sisterhood, and some of the most honest conversations I’ve witnessed in a long time. The house we leased was cleverly coined the “Haus of Woo”, and this photo below was taken on the upper deck during our last night together.
There is something about the desert that strips performance. The vortex energy doesn’t let you posture. It doesn’t let you hide.
It meets you exactly where you are and gently asks, “Is this really how you want to keep operating?”
We breathed deep. We cried. We softened. We learned. I played my crystal soundbowls and hosted a super beautiful floating soundbath one of the evenings.
We learned with intention during my Slow Flow & Sculpt Facial Massage Workshop.
We talked about golden clients not as a marketing strategy, but as a reflection of self-trust.
Co-hosting alongside Leah, the Founder of Leahlani Skincare, felt expansive and grounded all at once because of the energy she always brings.
Holding space with Dr. Susan Jeffries, my longtime Acupuncturist who performed Fire Cupping, Acupuncture, Craniosacral Therapy & the most luxurious therapeutic massage for our group was a highlight for me.
Tina Renee, who facilitated the most gorgeous, heart-opening cacao ceremony.
Jamie Dalton, who did Aura Photography readings for us.
Annalee Barrios, our beautiful and grounding somatic breathwork practitioner.
Jacqueline Simmons who brought the gentle yoga flows.
Savannah Grizzaffe, who helped open our minds up to stronger possibilities, all while being supported by Diana Landi (our Haus of Woo Mama), fed by private plant-based chef Taylor Dean, and nourished and recalibrated by the vortex itself… reminded me of why I build these containers the way in which I do.
And why connection and community will always be at the center of my offerings.
Intimate.
Intentional.
Energetically curated.
Not bigger for the sake of bigger or deeper for the sake of depth.
February also brought beautiful 1:1 work for me,… private trainings that reminded me how powerful it is to slow down and sit across from one provider at a time.
No rushing Just refinement.
This month felt like leadership in its most embodied form for me.
✨ Welcome to February’s Golden Experience Guide ✨
February’s Golden Lesson Leading into March
March feels like a doorway. One foot still in the water.
One foot stepping into the fire and the intensity of forward movement.
We begin the month in Pisces season — the final sign of the zodiac.
The end of a cycle. The part where things get quiet enough for truth to surface.
Pisces softens the ego.
It heightens intuition.
It exposes where you’ve been leaking energy.
You may feel more sensitive than usual.
More aware of what feels off.
More done with pretending something fits when it doesn’t.
This is the sacred dissolve.
Old identities.
Old roles.
Old ways of operating.
Not ripped away with intensity.
Just… melting softly to make room for what’s next.
And then the shift.
The Sun moves into Aries.
The first sign.
The spark.
The pulse.
Aries doesn’t overprocess.
It doesn’t crowdsource decisions or the opinions of others.
It moves with agility and speed when something feels true.
That’s the invitation of March:
Let it dissolve. Then let it ignite.
You might feel both grief and clarity.
Rest and urgency. Tenderness and boldness.
That contrast is a rebirth and a coming home to self to lean into.
With Pluto continuing its long transit through Aquarius, leadership is being redefined in real time.
The collective is done with performative power. What’s rising now is embodied authority.
The kind you can feel and sense underneath the facade.
This month supports:
Saying the thing you’ve been sitting on that feel aligned AF.
Changing the structure that drains you and leaks energy away from your life force.
Closing the loop on patterns that cannot come with you into the next chapter of your being.
Opening the door to new opportunities, new ways of thinking, and new paradigms & perspectives.
Raising the standard in every area of your life (health, community, communication, relationships, friendship)
Trusting your gut, and then executing without explaining why or offering up excuses to soften your growth edges.
You don’t need a five-year plan right now.
You need honesty.
Pisces asks: What’s true for you?
Aries asks: Are you brave enough to act on it?
Your golden clients. Your community. Your life. None of them requires a polished version of you.
They respond to the integrated one.
There’s a version of you that already knows what needs to shift.
She’s quieter. Less interested in proving and performing. More interested in peace.
Let her lead from now on.
✨ Collective Inquiry ✨
Where are you being asked to choose courage over comfort?
✨ The Golden Edit ✨
Favorites of the Month
Ritual: Opening the windows, letting fresh air move through my space. Palo Santo or this alternative everyone loves if you cannot handle smoke. Energy needs circulation.
Product: Cica Recovery All Day Gel Cream by KrX — The ultimate recovery cream for sensitive, stressed, or post-treatment/post-trauma skin. This calming, antioxidant-rich moisturizer is designed to support skin that needs healing, hydration, and protection. Whether you’ve just had a peel, facial, microneedling, or you just got hit by a car and your face hit the pavement — Cica Recovery helps your skin bounce back fast. Infused with Centella Asiatica (Cica), ceramides, multi-weight hyaluronic acid, collagen, and fermented extracts, it deeply hydrates while calming inflammation, reducing redness, and strengthening your skin’s natural barrier — without feeling greasy or heavy.
Practice: Deciding quickly. If it’s a yes, move. If it’s a no, release.
Reminder: Movement from alignment multiplies. Movement from fear depletes.
What I’m Seeing:
People are just so done tolerating misalignment.
Clients are investing in depth, not volume.
Leaders who trust themselves are expanding naturally.
March is a threshold. You can’t bring everything with you. You’re simply going to have to make room and do some spring cleaning.
🌟 Touch of Gold Provider Spotlight 🌟
Kendra Price
📍 Valencia, CA
✨ Ageless K-Beauty Retreat
I’m spotlighting her this month because of the integrity she brings to her craft and because of her dedication to continued education and personal development.
There is a steadiness to her work. Her pacing feels deliberate.
Her boundaries feel intentional. Her presence always feels safe.
That’s what makes someone’s touch “golden” in my eyes.

🌟 Golden Touch Providers 🌟
This month I’m celebrating a few beautiful expansions inside our community: Every win inside of our circle reminds me that refinement scales so differently than hustle.
✨ Marissa East, Owner of Slo Skin Studio — Marissa recently hired a new apprentice, which will ultimately allow for more schedule freedom/flexibility, and we’ve been working together to refine hands-on training, systems, + operations.
✨ Savannah Grizzaffe, Owner of Southern Skin Beauty — Savannah recently finalized the purchase of her own piece of land where she plans to build a home + an elevated aesthetics studio from the ground up and I’m so excited to watch the process unfold
✨ Erin Dresser, Owner of Skin Deep Medspa — Erin attended our Sedona Glow Retreat and she embodied leadership by her willingness to go inward and honor her own needs instead of putting any pressure on herself to follow anyone else’s agenda. I love this, because I think it helped other women who attended feel permission to do the same. That ripple effect is always long lasting and stretches far beyond what meets the eye.
🌟 Women Who’ve Inspired Me Recently 🌟
These women expanded my perspective this month:
Instagram: @loriharder
Why she inspired me: Lori’s product, Glōci Glow + Debloat, was one of our goodie bag sponsors for the Sedona Glow Aesthetician’s Retreat and she is someone who I really admire and respect. I saw her speak at a women’s event in Scottsdale, AZ last year, and her messaging, story, and coaching style instantly resonated with me.
Instagram: @unapologetically_you0104
Why she inspired me: Tina’s willingness to put herself out there, share her knowledge and offer to facilitate a sacred cacao circle with complete strangers at our retreat after only meeting me once is a testament to what genuine connection can fuel in our lives if we are willing to get a little bit uncomfy. I admire that kind of courage, deeply.
Instagram: @haussofwellness
Why she inspired me: I have known Yesenia for many years, she was one of the first people I met when I moved to Los Angeles, and she quickly became a client and then over the years we’ve developed a friendship/kindred connection. I really appreciate how she moves through the world, her spirit and her unwillingness to quit when things get tough. I love following her because her messaging is always positive, which we can all use more of these days.
